Try GrowthLoop and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Why use GrowthLoop and Salesforce Marketing Cloud?

Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a marketing platform that allows organizations to automate their marketing across multiple channels, including social media, email, SMS, websites, and mobile apps. It includes a variety of tools for customer personalization, campaign performance tracking, lead and account engagement, and strategic optimization tools.

SFMC is a separate product from the Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) platform, but SFMC can integrate with the CRM and other tools, like GrowthLoop, using configured connectors.

Connecting GrowthLoop to your Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform allows you to build and send audiences to SFMC for use with its data extensions and your campaigns. This is especially helpful now that SFMC has retired its Audience Builder — marketers can use a no-code segmentation tool in GrowthLoop and sync the audience with SFMC.

Common use cases for GrowthLoop and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Common use cases for a GrowthLoop and Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration include:

Build and use audience lists

Create highly defined audiences based on various data points in your data cloud, then export these segments directly to Marketing Cloud for targeted email campaigns.

Orchestrate omnichannel campaigns

Reach your customers wherever they are, whether that happens to be email, SMS, push notifications, or social media.

Centralize your performance data

Measure performance across different customer segments used in Marketing Cloud from a central location.

Re-engage with unsubscribed leads

Create a list of customers who unsubscribed from your email and reach back out to them on their preferred platforms, such as social channels.
