Integrating GrowthLoop with Salesforce allows you to connect your data warehouse to the CRM and its various tools. This lets you leverage a single source of truth for customer data across the various Salesforce tools, helping your sales and marketing team create more targeted and informed campaigns. 

After connecting to Salesforce, GrowthLoop will look for matches with existing customers and campaigns (based on your settings) and keep the relevant accounts up-to-date.

How to set up GrowthLoop and Salesforce

GrowthLoop can sync audiences with Salesforce, which lets you start activating the data in your data warehouse across Salesforce’s various CRM tools. To get started, you'll need an audience in GrowthLoop and a Salesforce security token.

Step 1

Locate or reset your Salesforce security token. In Salesforce, access Settings and search for “token”, then select Reset my Security Token

Step 2

Go to Destinations in the GrowthLoop platform.

Step 3

Select Salesforce.

Step 4

Configure the Destination with the dedicated Salesforce account’s credentials and the security token. Also, name the Destination and set the sync frequency.

Step 5

Use the Export page to Activate your Salesforce connection and configure the match settings and campaign settings.
