Send customer lists from your Data Warehouse to LiveRamp in one click. Engage customers intelligently across LiveRamp's supported channels.

  1. Best Customer Lookalikes — Export lists of your best customers to LiveRamp to find “similar” users to acquire.
  2. Churn Re-activation — Export lists of churned customers and win them back based on what they purchased in the past.
  3. Free to Paid Conversion — Export lists of free sign-ups you are trying to convert to paid customers.
  4. Upsell Non-Email Openers — The majority of your customers don’t read your emails, unfortunately. For those non-readers, get in front of them on paid media channels for cross-selling and upselling to new products.

How it Works

  1. Create an audience in GrowthLoop.
  2. Every 15 minutes, we'll generate an updated version of your customer list and send it to LiveRamp.
  3. At the same time, GrowthLoop will remove users from your audience that no longer qualify and add newly qualified users.
  4. Find your exported Audiences under LiveRamp's Audiences
  5. When you create a campaign in LiveRamp, you can select from your existing list of Audiences, for targeting.

Connecting GrowthLoop to your LiveRamp instance allows you to create highly targeted audiences from your single source of truth in the data warehouse, and activate those audiences across LiveRamp’s supported channels, including digital ads, emails, and social media. 

GrowthLoop and LiveRamp syncing uses secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) to keep customer data safe as it moves to LiveRamp.

How to set up GrowthLoop and LiveRamp

GrowthLoop can export your audiences to LiveRamp, using SFTP, to target customers on mobile, open web, social, and connected TV (CTV) platforms. To get started, you'll need an audience in GrowthLoop and a LiveRamp SFTP account.

Step 1

Go to Destinations in the GrowthLoop platform.

Step 2

Search for and select LiveRamp SFTP.

Step 3

Configure the Destination with the LiveRamp account’s username, password, port, host, and upload folder. Also, set the sync frequency and name the destination.

Step 4

After you link the accounts, select the audience you created and export it to LiveRamp. 

Step 5

Select your campaign type, export schedule (how often you want the audience to export), and personalization fields. 

Step 6

Export your audience to LiveRamp. 

Step 7

Configure LiveRamp to use the data from GrowthLoop.
