About the speakers

David Joosten is the co-author of First-Party Data Activation and co-founder and former co-CEO of GrowthLoop. A graduate of both Harvard and Stanford, David combines deep technical expertise with marketing strategy, drawing on past roles at Google and in data analytics to help brands unlock the full value of first-party data. Frank Cespedes is a Senior Lecturer at Harvard Business School, where he teaches Entrepreneurial Sales and Marketing and leads executive programs on aligning strategy and sales. A former consultant and managing partner, he is the author of six books and numerous articles on sales, marketing, and strategy, widely recognized for his practical, research-backed insights. Chris O’Neill is the CEO of GrowthLoop. He's also served as the CEO of Evernote and as managing director of Google Canada, among other roles. He's a board member at Gap and founder of Bobcaygeon Capital, which invests in tech companies.
