In this article, we will briefly walk you through the sign up and login process for the GrowthLoop web app. You can also be invited to join your organization by an invitation from one of your admins. After following each step, you should be all set to begin creating audiences and exporting them to your favorite destinations!
Step 1: Navigate to your GrowthLoop App URL
By this point, your organization should have a provided URL to use to access the web app. Many of our URLs are organization specific, depending on if you are using your own data warehouse or ours. Typically they will be structured like this: app.pub.[YOUR ORG NAME].GrowthLoopproducts.com
The first time navigating to your org's URL, you should see this screen:
Step 2: Click 'Login'
Once you click the Login button in the middle of the screen, you should be directed to our login gate, which should look like this:
If you have previously setup an account with us, then you should be able to enter your login credentials here, and be redirected to the Audience Landing Page. If you have not setup an account previously, then continue on to Step 3.
Step 3: Sign Up
Navigate to the Sign Up tab located to the right of the Log In tab as seen below. From here, either enter the email and password you wish to use for this account, or click Sign Up with Google to use your Google credentials. If entering an email and password, just click Sign Up > at the bottom once complete.
Step 4: Email Verification
The last step in the logging-in process requires you to quickly verify your email address. After clicking Sign Up, you should be directed to the following view:
In another browser/tab, navigate to your email inbox where you should have an email from us that looks like the following:
Simply click Verify Your Account and a new browser/tab should open up directing you to our Audiences landing page:
That's it! You are now logged-in and ready to start using the web app.
